Emergency OFF switch

Controls

The emergency OFF switch 1 is fitted on the right side of the handlebar.

Possible states

ControlsEmergency OFF switch off - In this position, the ignition circuit is interrupted, a running engine stops, and a non-running engine cannot be started.

Controls Emergency OFF switch on - This position is required for operation; the ignition circuit is closed.

Start button

Controls

Start button 1 is fitted on the right side of the handlebar.

Ignition and steering lock

Controls

The ignition and steering lock is located in front of the upper triple clamp.

Possible states

ControlsIgnition off OFF - In this position, the ignition circuit is interrupted, a running engine stops, and a non-running engine will not start. The ignition key can be removed.

Controls Ignition on ON - In this position, the ignition circuit is closed and the engine can be started.

ControlsSteering locked LOCK - In this position, the ignition circuit is interrupted and the steering locked. The ignition key can be removed.

Socket for electrical accessories

Controls

Socket 1 for electrical accessories is fitted in front of the upper triple clamp.

It is connected to the ignition plus and is fuse-protected.

Danger: Fire hazard Fuel is highly flammable. The fuel in the fuel tank expands when warm and can escape if overfilled. Do not fuel the vehicle in the vicinity of open flames. Switch off the engine for refueling. Make sure that no fuel is spilled; particularly not on hot parts of the vehicle. If any fuel is spilled, wipe it off immediately. Observe the specifications for refueling.
