Checking the rear hub damping rubber pieces

Info The engine power is transmitted from the rear sprocket to the rear wheel via the 6 damping rubber pieces.

They eventually wear out during operation. If the damping rubber pieces are not changed in time, the rear sprocket carrier and the rear hub will be damaged.

Info Measure the play on the outside of the rear sprocket.

  • If clearance A is larger than the specified value:
    • Change all the damping rubber pieces of the rear hub.
